The IT Manager oversees the company’s IT infrastructure, cybersecurity operations, and system maintenance. This role focuses on system administration, security monitoring, infrastructure maintenance, and providing backup support to the helpdesk to ensure continuous availability and security of the company’s global IT systems.

Job Description/Requirements
What you’ll do
IT Infrastructure Management
• Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure (Azure, O365)
• Administer system configurations
• Oversee backup operations and disaster recovery processes
• Manage SSO, automations, and system integrations
• Perform system maintenance and updates during off-hours
• Implement and maintain monitoring systems for all IT infrastructure
Cybersecurity Operations
• Monitor and respond to security alerts and incidents
• Implement security patches and updates
• Manage security tools (Microsoft Defender, ESET)
• Manage Ninjio security training platform
• Maintain security configurations and policies
• Conduct security audits and compliance checks
Backup Helpdesk Support
• Handle escalated tickets during off-hours
• Support global users in different time zones
• Manage remote access solutions (Dameware, EntraID)
• Document technical solutions in Confluence
• Ensure business continuity for 24/7 operations
System Administration & Maintenance
• Perform scheduled maintenance during off-hours
• Manage SharePoint backend operations
• Administer Azure Active Directory and Microsoft Intune
• Configure and maintain development and automation pipelines
• Monitor system performance and implement optimizations
• Manage data storage and backup verification
Team & Department Management
• Manage the IT Administrator
• Serve as the IT Department Lead, including development of annual plans and budgets
• Manage the IT Department budget
• Ensure cross-training to ensure coverage during absences and off-hours
• Weekly coordination meetings to ensure alignment
• Quarterly security and compliance reviews
• System selection and evaluation for new implementations
• Major incident response (regardless of time of occurrence)
• Development or updating of IT policies and procedures, as appropriate
• Managing the overall IT organizational roadmap and strategy
Your qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
2. 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity management
3. Strong technical knowledge of Azure, cloud infrastructure, and system administration
4. Experience with cybersecurity tools, monitoring, and incident response
5. Background in backup systems, disaster recovery, and business continuity
6. Ability to work effectively during non-business hours as required
7. Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills
8. Infrastructure as Code and automation experience preferred
