Job Description/Requirements
What you’ll do
IT Operations & Helpdesk
• Ensure seamless daily IT operations
• Ensure high-quality, timely response to all user support needs
• Coordinate user onboarding and offboarding processes
• Implement helpdesk process improvements
• Support the oversight and management departmental resources in compliance with federal requirements
SharePoint & Office365 Administration
• Manage SharePoint permissions and access controls
• Develop and maintain SharePoint sites
• Administer O365 licenses and user configurations
• Manage Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online settings
• Support end-users with SharePoint and O365-related issues
Financial Systems & Business Applications
• Ensure smooth systems integrations
• Process monthly department expenses
• Oversee timekeeping systems and month-end processes
• Manage SaaS billing and license optimization
Vendor, Contract, & Asset Management
• Procure hardware and manage equipment inventory
• Manage vendor relationships for business applications
• Process system renewals and support contract negotiations
• Ensure hardware assets are disposed of properly
• Support the storage and maintenance of excess assets between deployments, as needed
Collaborative Responsibilities
Working with the IT Manager, the IT Administrator will:
• Maintaining comprehensive documentation of systems and procedures
• Cross-training to ensure coverage during absences
• Join coordination meetings to ensure alignment
• Quarterly security and compliance reviews
• Assist in the development of annual work plans and policies
• Support system selection and evaluation for new implementations
• Support major incident response (regardless of time of occurrence)
• Support the development of IT policies and procedures
Your qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in IT operations management
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint administration, and cloud services
• Experience with financial and business applications (QuickBooks, Emburse, Tipalti) a plus
• Excellent helpdesk management and customer service skills
• Strong organizational, budgeting, and resource planning abilities
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Compliance knowledge preferred
