We are seeking a Junior Bid/Tender Officer to help source tenders, prepare proposal documents, manage tasks on Trello, and support ICT project bids. An ideal candidate has ICT training, strong writing skills, and document design ability.
Job descriptions & requirements
Key Duties:
• Source and track tenders from government, NGO, and private portals.
• Assist in preparing technical and financial proposals.
• Format and design tender documents using Canva or design tools.
• Manage tasks, timelines, and workflow on Trello.
• Maintain bid templates, CVs, and compliance documents.
• Support internal coordination with technical and finance teams.
• Conduct research for background information and tender needs.
• Assist with submission packaging, printing, and delivery.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in an ICT-related field.
• Strong computer and document editing skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Familiarity with Canva or graphic layout/design tools.
• Exposure to Trello or project management platforms.
• Excellent writing and English communication skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
