Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution for fresh produce (fruits, vegetables and other perishables)
- Oversee sourcing and procurement of produce from farmers and suppliers
- Optimize demand planning, forecasting and inventory control to reduce stockouts and waste
- Manage logistics and distribution, including transport, delivery planning and cold-chain coordination
- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, transport partners, vendors and internal teams
- Implement and scale standard operating procedures (SOPs) and KPIs for supply chain performance
- Drive continuous improvement, cost efficiency and quality control across the value chain
- Forecast, report and present supply chain performance to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Agriculture, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive supply chain experience, including operations leadership
- Proven experience with fresh produce/agricultural supply chains, perishables logistics, or related sectors
- Strong analytical skills with experience using supply chain and ERP systems
- Excellent leadership, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment
