Job descriptions & requirements

What you will do

You'll work under the direction of a Venture Builder and the Venture Building Lead, focused on hands-on execution and field support rather than owning workstreams independently. As you build track record, you'll take on more responsibility.

1. Pilot Execution & Field Support

 • Support the Venture Builder in structuring and evaluating new venture opportunities (market sizing, unit economics, risk mapping)

 • Help set up and run field pilots and customer testing on the ground, following the sprint plan set by the Venture Builder

 • Collect, organize, and clean pilot data so the team has what it needs for clear go / no-go decisions

2. On-the-Ground Execution

 • Execute the day-to-day running of early-stage pilots on the ground (often in resource constrained environments), under the direction of a Venture Builder

 • Handle day-to-day operational tasks — logistics, supplier and customer coordination, scheduling, and follow-ups for partnerships and early sales

 • Track field feedback and performance data closely, flagging issues quickly so the team can iterate fast

3. Founder & Team Support

 • Support the Venture Builder in refining unit economics and operating processes as pilots mature

 • Support recruitment and onboarding of venture talent

 • Provide day-to-day support to founders and Venture Builders — research, coordination, materials, and operational tasks 4. Reporting & Coordination

 • Support multiple pilots in parallel as directed, prioritizing tasks based on team guidance

 • Maintain trackers, summarize field learnings, and prepare progress updates for the team

 • Help track pilot spend against budget and flag deviations to the Venture Builder

5. Systems & Playbook Development

 • Help capture insights and learnings from pilots and document them clearly for the team

 • Contribute to the Pyramidia Venture Building Playbook under guidance (tools, templates, SOPs)

 • Support ongoing e orts to improve speed and consistency of venture creation across the studio

Who you are

 • 0-2 years of experience in a high-performance environment (e.g., startup, venture building, consulting, operations, or similar); recent graduates welcome

 • Deeply passionate about Pyramidia’s mission and values

 • Highly entrepreneurial: curious, autonomous, high energy, sleeves rolled up, love to build hands-on from the ground up

 • Analytical and hands-on problem solver: you can think creatively about strategic and operational challenges and don’t take no for an answer

 • Resilient in the face of setbacks and failures: you enjoy the daily grind of building early stage startups

 • A collaborative learner and comfortable with being challenged

 • Experience in the agrifood and / or start-up sector is a plus
