Job Description/Requirements
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target sectors (e.g., agriculture, food & beverage, manufacturing, healthcare, etc.).
- Collaborate with the lab team to understand services, pricing, capabilities, and turnaround times
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for laboratory testing services.
- Respond to client inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up to close sales.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Monitor and follow up on payments from clients with approved credit terms.
- Coordinate with the finance team to track outstanding invoices and aging reports.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote laboratory services (including digital campaigns, brochures, exhibitions, etc.).
- Maintain relationships with key accounts and ensure regular client engagement.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, product demos, and training sessions to clients.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote services.
- Support the development of website content, social media content, and marketing collateral specific to lab services.
- Maintain a client database and ensure timely communication, invoicing, and feedback collection.
- Provide after-sales support, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Gather and relay client feedback to the technical team to enhance service offerings.
- Maintain up-to-date records of sales pipelines, leads, and performance metrics.
- Prepare regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
- Assist with tender preparations and documentation related to lab services.
