Position Summary
We’re seeking a Lead Generation Specialist with a proven track record in online sales targeting the US market. The ideal candidate is a self-driven professional with hands-on experience in B2C lead generation. The candidate will leverage platforms like LinkedIn and other digital channels to attract, engage, and convert prospects into qualified leads and paying customers.

Key Responsibilities
● Lead Generation & Prospecting
○ Identify and connect with US-based college and university students and recent graduates through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
○ Build targeted lead lists using advanced search, filters, and automation tools.
○ Generate consistent qualified leads that align with the company’s sales and marketing goals.
● Sales Outreach & Conversion
○ Conduct personalized outreach campaigns to engage prospects, nurture interest, and convert leads into paying customers.
○ Manage conversations from first contact through close, maintaining high response rates and conversion efficiency.
○ Use CRM tools to track engagement, manage follow-ups, and optimize conversion workflows.
● CRM & Data Management
○ Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and outcomes in CRM systems
○ Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and improved targeting.
● Market Intelligence
○ Research US market trends, competitor strategies, and audience behavior among university and early-career segments.
○ Share feedback and insights with the marketing and product teams to refine campaign strategies.

Qualifications & Experience
● Minimum 3 years of proven experience in online sales or lead generation for US-based companies.
● Experience in B2C selling, preferably to students or early-career audiences.
● Strong proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other digital prospecting tools.
● Experience working with CRM systems
● Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
● Ability to work independently with measurable deliverables and KPIs.
