Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Training Architecture: Design, curate, and scale the overall training curriculum aligned with the client's product updates, including cloud migration and hosted telephony services.
• High-Level Client Delivery: Facilitate expert-level virtual and in-person corporate workshops, focusing heavily on cybersecurity awareness and compliance with Kenya's Data Protection Act.
• Needs Assessment & Auditing: Conduct highly detailed training needs analyses and skills-gap assessments for complex corporate client networks prior to deployment.
• LMS Management: Oversee and manage the client's internal and client-facing Learning Management Systems (LMS), ensuring modules remain modern, gamified, and metric-driven.
• Internal Upskilling: Lead the technical training and certification roadmaps for the client's engineering and support desk teams.
• Mentorship: Supervise and mentor Junior IT Trainers, reviewing their instructional design materials and providing performance feedback.
Required Qualifications & Experience
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in software training, IT consulting, or an MSP environment.
• Certifications: Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), CompTIA CTT+, or advanced cybersecurity/cloud credentials (e.g., CEH, CCNA, AWS/Azure certifications).
• Skills: Expert knowledge of enterprise adult learning theories, outstanding corporate presentation skills, and deep familiarity with cloud-hosted business communications.
