Training Specialist Intern
Job summary
DigitalQatalyst is seeking a motivated and confident Training Specialist Intern to support the delivery of learning and development programmes. The intern will assist in facilitating classroom and virtual training sessions, preparing learning materials, conducting learner assessments and supporting curriculum improvement. The internship provides practical exposure to professional training, facilitation, learner engagement and digital learning programme delivery. Successful completion of the internship may lead to full-time employment, subject to performance, business needs and availability of suitable opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of instructor-led and virtual training sessions.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, exercises and learner activities.
- Facilitate engaging learning experiences and support learner participation
- Assist with learner assessments, assignments and evaluations.
- Track learner attendance, performance and programme completion.
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
- Collect learner feedback and identify opportunities for programme improvement.
- Support curriculum reviews and refinement of training materials.
- Assist with learner onboarding and other Academy activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective and timely programme delivery.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Education, Learning & Development, ICT, Business or a related field.
- Strong interest in training, facilitation and Learning & Development.
- Good presentation, communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to explain information clearly and engage different audiences.
- Exposure to training, facilitation or instructional delivery through internships, attachments, academic projects or similar experience is an added advantage.
- Experience or interest in delivering technical training is an added advantage.
