Role Overview
The role will be responsible for leading sales administration and operational execution for the assigned category, with a strong focus on revenue support, coordination, reporting, and customer interface.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the sales administration team to support revenue targets for the assigned category, including contribution to sales strategy execution.
• Oversee sales administrative operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and smooth cross-functional coordination.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop, implement, and enforce operational procedures, including sales reporting, inventory oversight, and planning coordination.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 5–8 years’ experience in FMCG sales operations or sales administration leadership
• Must have prior experience in sales operations or sales administration within the Oils & Fats Industry
• Strong SAP / ERP experience and advanced Excel reporting capability.
• Strong coordination, analytical, and leadership skills.
