Job summary
We are urgently seeking Mechanical Engineers to join our manufacturing team in Nairobi. The role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of plant machinery and equipment through preventive and corrective maintenance. Successful candidates will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing mechanical faults, maintaining accurate and records.

Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of plant machinery and equipment
Ensure smooth operation of manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical faults, implementing timely repairs
Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare reports
Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and engineering standards
Collaborate with production and quality teams to support manufacturing operations
Requirements
Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment (mandatory)
Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing is an added advantage
