Job summary

Our client is seeking a skilled Odoo Specialist to support the implementation, customization, and ongoing optimization of Odoo ERP systems. The role will focus on ensuring smooth system operations, aligning business processes with Odoo functionalities, and providing user support and training.

Job descriptions & requirements

  • Key Responsibilities
    Implement, configure, and customize Odoo modules based on business requirements
    Support core Odoo modules such as Accounting, Sales, CRM, Inventory, Purchasing, HR, and Projects
    Analyze business processes and translate them into effective Odoo solutions
    Develop and customize reports, workflows, and dashboards
    Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely technical support
    Perform data migration, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
    Train end-users and prepare system documentation
    Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors where required
    Ensure system security, data integrity, and best practice usage
    Provide ongoing system optimization and upgrades

  • Required Qualifications & Experience
    Proven experience as an Odoo Specialist / Odoo Consultant / Odoo Developer
    Strong hands-on experience with Odoo (Community and/or Enterprise editions)
    Solid understanding of ERP business processes
    Experience with Odoo customization (Python, XML, PostgreSQL is an advantage)
    Ability to gather requirements and communicate effectively with non-technical users
    Experience in implementation, support, and post-go-live stabilization
    Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Preferred Skills (Advantageous)
    Prior experience supporting multi-country or multi-entity Odoo deployments
    4 years experience or more is desirable
    Experience with integrations (APIs, third-party systems)
    • Odoo certification(s)
      Exposure to accounting or finance modules
      Experience working in remote or cross-functional teams
