JOB TITLE: OFFICE ASSISTANT WITH AUTOCAD
NATURE OF JOB: FULL TIME
SALARY: KSHS. 25,000 NET
JOB LOCATION: MOMBASA ROAD
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform general office administrative tasks including filing, data entry, record keeping, and document management
- Manage office correspondence (emails, letters, phone calls) and ensure timely responses
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes when required
- Assist in procurement processes, inventory tracking, and office supplies management
- Maintain an organized and efficient office environment
- Prepare, edit, and update technical drawings using AutoCAD
- Assist in drafting layouts, plans, and basic technical designs as directed
- Support the preparation of technical documents, reports, and presentations
- Ensure drawings and technical documentation comply with company and project standards
- Maintain an organized archive of drawings and technical files
- Liaise with internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders as required
- Provide clerical and technical support to engineers, technicians, or project teams
- Perform any other duties assigned by management in support of office and project operations
KEY REQUIREMENTS - SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma in a relevant field (Business Administration, Office Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a busy office environment
- Proven experience using AutoCAD for drafting and drawing preparation
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, email applications)
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
