Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in responding to online inquiries, emails, and social media messages in a timely manner.
- Help update and manage vehicle listings on our website and social media platforms.
- Support the sales team in lead generation and customer follow-up.
- Learn to use CRM systems to track customer interactions and sales progress.
- Participate in creating content for online ads and social media promotions.
- Shadow experienced sales agents to understand the sales process and customer service best practices.
- Help organize and schedule virtual vehicle tours and walk-arounds.
- Support the team with administrative tasks related to online sales.
Requirements:
- Recent graduate or current student in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field (or equivalent interest).
- Strong interest in sales, digital marketing, or the automotive industry.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Positive attitude, team player, and eager to take on new challenges.
- No prior experience necessary—full training provided.
