Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and organized Fuel Truck Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fuel transport trucks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating deliveries, managing drivers, ensuring vehicle maintenance, tracking fuel inventory, and maintaining compliance with safety and transport regulations.

Job Description/Requirements
Experience:
- Minimum of 2–3 years in fleet management, logistics coordination, or fuel transport operations.
- Experience supervising drivers and scheduling deliveries.
Education:
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Transport Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory with strong experience).
Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make quick, effective decisions.
- Basic understanding of truck mechanics and maintenance schedules.
- Proficient in record keeping, reporting, and use of MS Office or fleet management tools.
Licensing & Compliance:
- Valid driver’s license (Class BCE preferred).
- Knowledge of transport safety regulations and fuel handling protocols.
Personal Attributes:
- Responsible and proactive.
- Reliable under pressure with attention to detail.
