Job Description/Requirements
- Designing paid media strategies, setting up advertising accounts, and configuring targeting options based on audience demographics, interests, and behaviors.
- Developing effective media buying strategies to reach target audiences and achieve campaign objectives.
- Negotiating ad space and time slots with various media outlets to secure the best possible placements for our client's campaigns.
- Participating in media planning to identify target audiences and craft effective campaigns that resonate with the desired audience.
- Optimizing ads to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI) for our clients.
- Setting up pixels, conversions tracking, and any other relevant tracking codes to accurately measure and analyze campaign performance.
- Configuring analytics tools and monitoring campaign data to ensure accurate recording of events and campaign metrics.
- Holding monthly strategy calls with our Facebook, Google, and Eskimi account managers to review our client's ad strategy and make data-driven improvements.
- Presenting the paid media strategy to all stakeholders monthly, highlighting changes, reasoning behind those changes, and the impact on campaign performance.
- Leveraging AI tools like Madgicx and other relevant platforms to enhance campaign targeting and performance.
- Tracking and presenting campaign data to clients, providing clear and insightful reports on the effectiveness of their advertising efforts.
- Preparing regular performance reports to provide clients insights into campaign progress and results.
- Conducting market research and analyzing demographics, media usage, psychographics, and buying patterns to define target audiences and campaign requirements.
- Developing advertising strategies and campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team to effectively reach the desired audience.
- Assessing clients' competition and identifying opportunities for differentiation and improvement.
- Proofread advertising material before launching campaigns to ensure accuracy and alignment with the client's brand messaging.
- Coordinating and overseeing the development and launch of campaigns, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
- Managing budgets for media buying and optimizing campaign performance to achieve the best possible results.
- Utilizing advanced audience targeting options to reach the right audience segments based on demographics, interests, behaviors, and other relevant criteria.
- Conducting A/B tests on ad creatives, audiences, and other campaign elements to identify winning strategies and improve performance.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest platform features, best practices, and algorithm changes to leverage them for better campaign performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Paid Media Specialist or in a similar role within the digital advertising space.
- Google Ads certifications (e.g., Google Ads Search, Display, Video, Shopping, etc.).
- Facebook Blueprint certifications for advertising on Facebook and Instagram.
- HubSpot certifications related to inbound marketing and advertising.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- In-depth knowledge of various digital advertising platforms and tools.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
