Precast Supervisor
1.    Providing leadership of logistics, materials, supply chain planning, project management and manufacturing functions
2.    Planning, directing and coordinating the manufacturing of different precast elements in line with Company’s goals objectives
3.    Planning, scheduling and reviewing workload to ensure quality products are manufactured cost effectively
4.    Ensuring materials are purchased cost effectively and available for production when required
5.    Maximizing the efficiency of production lines, managing staffing plans and ensuring effective employee utilization
6.    Determining methods and strategies for maximizing financial, human and material assets
7.    Leading performance improvement efforts to continuously control costs, improve efficiency and increase productivity
8.    Maintaining a safe working environment
9.    Preparing written management reports as required

Requirements
•    At least three years prior experience in precast production
•    Prior management experience is desirable
