Job Summary
We are looking for an associate to own participant experience, manage cohorts end-to-end, support sales conversion, and grow an engaged professional community. Success in this role is measured by engaged cohorts, high completion rates, strong community participation, and a consistent pipeline of qualified participants.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
1. Community & Engagement
- Manage the Elevate community platform and onboard new participants.
- Drive consistent engagement, accountability, and participation.
- Proactively re-engage inactive members.
2. Sales & Conversion Support
- Engage prospective participants via LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and referrals.
- Hold 1:1 conversations to explain the program and support sign-ups.
- Follow up on registrations and ensure timely payments.
- Track prospects and escalate delayed payments to accounts.
3. Cohort & Progress Management
- Manage cohorts from onboarding to completion.
- Track attendance, participation, and missed sessions.
- Monitor assignment completion and send reminders.
- Support participants who fall behind to catch up.
4. Social Media & Content
- Create and post Elevate-related content on LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Share participant wins, insights, and program highlights.
- Support lead generation and community engagement through content.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in program coordination, community management, or cohort-based learning.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline.
- Comfortable engaging senior professionals in 1:1 conversations.
- Confident using digital tools, spreadsheets, and social platforms.
- Results-driven and accountable.
