- The role also involves liaising with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless communication and project success.
Qualifications
• Strong skills in Construction Project Management, Construction Management, and general Project Management
• Proven experience in coordinating projects and managing cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management within construction projects
• Knowledge of relevant safety and regulatory compliance in the construction industry
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, contractors, and team members
• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is preferred
• Prior experience in land development projects is a plus
