DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Exception Report & IDOCs Solving, Sorting and Ensuring Zero Variance Between SAP & 3PL system. Ensure that all inbound and outbound IDOCs are green (passed) and trouble shoot all red (failed) IDOCs to help them pass through successfully.Work closely with 3PL WMS team to clear any exceptions between SAP & Square (3PL), to help in aligning stocks in both systems. Open Items, and in transit reporting and follow ups Circulate open items and stocks in transit report when on shift and drive the culture of real time posting in SAP, to ensure that whatever happens physically is replicated and constantly updated in SAP. Cartoning Of Beer (Conversion) Come up with a conversion plan based on the stock levels and requested approvals to transfer the stocks to be cartooned to production.Ensure that the process is as smooth as possible by resolving any issues effecting the whole process as quickly as possible. Move Meetings Participations Participate in Pit stops, commitment and Tier 3 meetings by Challenging, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity.Ensure all deliverables are met as per meeting agreement while on shift, by collection, action and escalation of any issues to the management. Line and Warehouse Space Monitoring Liaise and with close coordination with production team to capture production plan hence enabling ample space creation in the warehouse. (providing order data to production team to know of any impending risk on space constraints / recovery plans)Ensure the 3PL maintains quality standards in the warehouses, i.e. housekeeping, 5S’, FEFO & FIFO, batch alignmentEnsuring basic maintenance standards in warehouse and compliance with health and safety regulationsContribute in proposing control and compliance agendas to improve Warehouse processes in order to increase efficiency Load-Outs and Dashboard cleansing (Sales to KD, Exports, Transfers to Uganda, Kisumu and BDC) Ensure the dashboard is monitored , identify packed orders for unpackingLiaising with quality team for quality release of good stocks.Sending open sales deliveries report to validate all orders in the dashboard with trucks are also saved in SAP.Assisting customer service to create deliveries whenever faced with any kind of challenges with sales orders.Reporting and HandoversSharing a summary of outbound SICs at the end of the day including reason codes shared by 3PL to help the warehouse manager identify issues effecting performance.Ensure prior planning to set up the next incoming shift for success via robust handovers.Ensure 3PL maintains stock records and SAP transactions for all inventory movements and guaranteeing stock integrity System health checks maintenance Ensure Timely and accurate movement of business-critical data across the various systems and applications to enable the all business processes to operate smoothly – SAP, WMS, and CALIBRA.Ensure Open sales deliveries for Spirits are allocated trucks and are in the correct TMS status to integrate in to 3PL WMS(Square)Raise data requests for SKUs that are not properly maintained or extended to facilitate sales and transfers of stocks via SAP. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, business administration, or relevant field.A minimum of 3 years’ in warehouse management, controls & compliance, or similar position.Excellent production &warehouse systems management skills.Strong knowledge of industry processes and regulations.Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.An analytical mindset with excellent organizational skills.
