Handling front office & administration duties, including managing company registry,customers and undertaking duties assigned by Management

  • Minimum Qualification: Diploma
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 4 years

Job Description

·         Knowledge in filing /classification system and record-keeping

          Maintain and update a well functioning office registry/ filing system : both manual and electronic

·         Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office packages

·         Fluency in English

·         Proven work experience in Records Management or administrative position

·         Ability to meet set deadlines

·         Integrity and professionalism

·         Excellent interpersonal communication skills

          Ability to display a high level of discretion and responsibility 

          Maintain accurate records of document movements and orders

          Retrieve information from files when needed

          Dispatching, receiving, sorting and distributing mail

          Responding to inquiries/complaints/issue’s effectively and in a timely manner

          Answer phones take messages and delivers the same to concerned personnel or directs call to concerned personnel

          Prepares & types general correspondences, reports, memos etc

          Performing any other tasks as may be assigned
