Sigona Golf Club is leading with over 1000 private members and a golf course designed to championship standards. The Club is seeking to hire an energetic, competent, results oriented, details oriented, aggressive and self-motivated Receptionist/PA who has the potential and has demonstrated the ability to perform.
The Main Objective of this role is to handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. This role also supports and co-ordinate all administration and operations of the Club management.
Qualifications, Experience & Competencies:
• Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
• Two (2) years experience in Front Office Management
• Two (2) years experience as Personal Assistant
• Computer literacy.
• Good Customer Care Skills
• Verbal and written articulacy.
• Well-developed time management skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Ability to multitask
• Team Player and Builder
• Performance and Goal Oriented
