Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales & Marketing Manager to lead and grow our consumer goods business within the region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, developing and executing marketing strategies, and managing a team to achieve set business targets.

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities
● Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive regional business growth.
● Oversee daily operations of the regional sales team and ensure performance targets are met or exceeded.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and business partners.
● Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities, trends, and customer needs.
● Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing team to deliver exceptional results.
● Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and promotions.
● Monitor and report on market performance, competitor activities, and sales forecasts.
● Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.

Qualifications & Experience
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the consumer goods sector.
● Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
● Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced, changing environment.
● Proficient in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
