Job Summary
AIC Kapsowar Mission Hospital, a leading Level 5 mission hospital in Elgeyo Marakwet County, is seeking Registered Clinical Officers specialized in Orthopedics or Pediatrics. The successful candidates will work alongside physicians and surgeons, conducting ward rounds, diagnosing patients, ordering diagnostics, and providing specialized care.

Job Description/Requirements
- Diploma in Clinical Medicine.
- Specialty training in Pediatrics or Orthopedics.
- Registered member of the Clinical Officer’s Council.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience.
- Born-again and committed Christian.
- Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate, with ability to use an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct ward rounds and clinic days with specialty physicians/surgeons.
- Interview patients and order appropriate diagnostic tests.
- Work independently and report findings to supervising physicians.
- Expected to assist and become an expert in the chosen specialty (Orthopedics or Pediatrics).
