Skills Required

Diploma or Degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field. Prior experience in field sales or service promotion preferably in the automotive or logistics industry. Strong communication and persuasion skills. Basic understanding of vehicle recovery and roadside services (training will be provided). Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Comfortable with fieldwork travel and engaging with clients face-to-face. Tech-savvy and familiar with mobile apps email marketing and social media tools. Valid driver’s license or ability to travel to client locations. Previous experience working with a towing or breakdown recovery service. (Added advantage) Existing network in the auto insurance or transport sectors.(Added advantage)

Job Summary

We’re looking for a results-driven Sales and Marketing Agent to grow our towing and road rescue client base. You’ll promote services, build partnerships, and drive sales through field outreach, digital marketing, and client engagement. Ideal for a self-starter with strong communication skills.

Job Description/Requirements

Client Acquisition: Target and onboard clients such as motorists, logistics companies, garages, insurance providers, fleet managers, and car dealerships.


Promotion of Services: Market our services which include 24/7 emergency towing, roadside assistance (flat tire, battery jump-start, fuel delivery), accident recovery, and vehicle relocation.


Partnership Development: Establish referral partnerships with auto repair shops, fuel stations, insurance brokers, and corporate entities.


Lead Generation: Use cold calling, door-to-door visits, online campaigns, and field marketing to generate qualified leads.


Brand Awareness: Represent the company at automotive events, car shows, road safety campaigns, and business expos.


Marketing Support: Contribute to digital marketing efforts including social media promotions, SMS campaigns, and local advertising.


Market Intelligence: Gather feedback from customers, monitor competitor activity, and provide insights for service improvement.


Sales Reporting: Track sales activities, client follow-ups, and deal pipelines; maintain accurate records using provided CRM or tools.


Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and client acquisition targets.


General Administration: Lead some office administrative tasks as assigned.
