Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
· Field Sales & Business Development: Conduct face-to-face visits to potential clients to generate new leads, build relationships, and close sales.
· Marketing Execution: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate interest in our products/services.
· Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across our social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) to grow our audience and drive engagement.
· Digital Proficiency: Leverage AI-powered marketing and sales tools to analyze data, automate tasks, personalise outreach, and improve campaign performance.
· Administrative Support: Handle general office admin tasks, including preparing reports in MS Word, managing customer databases, and supporting the team with day-to-day operations.
· Excellent Communicator: Written and Spoken ability to communicate compellingly.
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Marketing Executive, or a similar hybrid role. (Previous work experience is essential.)
- Education: Degree in any Business-Related Course or Equal Certification
- A valid driver's licence with city driving skills and willingness to travel for field visits
- Demonstrable experience using AI-powered tools for sales, marketing, or data analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word for creating professional documents and reports.
- Familiarity with other MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint) is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
