Remuneration:
Total Monthly Package: KES 50,000 – 100,000 (inclusive of basic salary, performance-based KPIs, and commissions).
Top performers can exceed the upper range through commissions.

Field Allowances: Transport and airtime provided to support sales operations.

Kirin Pipes Co. Ltd is a fast-growing Kenyan manufacturer of Double Wall Corrugated (DWC) and HDPE pressure pipes, serving the water, sewerage, and drainage sectors. Our mission is to provide durable, efficient, and sustainable infrastructure solutions to Kenya’s growing construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the construction, hardware, and infrastructure sectors.
  • Visit and build lasting relationships with contractors, developers, and project engineers.
  • Educate clients on the features and benefits of Kirin’s DWC and HDPE pipes, fittings, and related products.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals.
  • Prepare and deliver sales pitches, quotations, and client presentations.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up and account management to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer support.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor products, and emerging opportunities within the construction materials space.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activity, pipeline development, and market feedback.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales within the construction, hardware, or pipe manufacturing sectors.
  • In-depth understanding of building materials and construction supply chains.
  • Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented professional.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
  • Must be familiar with Nairobi routes and hardware networks.
  • Valid driving license is an added advantage.
  • Previous experience marketing or selling HDPE, DWC, or related products will be a strong plus.
