JOB LOCATION:MOMBASA ROAD

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the printing and branding sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotations in a timely manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with the production and design teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

• Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a sales role within the service industry; experience in printing and branding is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
