DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Educate customers about product features, sizes, fits, and care instructions
• Drive in-store sales through product recommendations and upselling techniques
• Support online sales efforts, including responding to inquiries via social media, WhatsApp, or e-commerce platforms
• Participate in marketing and advertising activities, including product modeling for photos/videos
• Maintain the cleanliness and visual appeal of the store (merchandising, organizing stock)
• Assist in inventory tracking and stocktaking activities
• Handle customer feedback, returns, and complaints with professionalism
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

• Body-confident and comfortable participating in promotional content (photos/videos)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to learn product details quickly and explain them clearly to customers
• Proficiency in using social media platforms for basic marketing and customer engagement
• Prior experience in retail, fashion, or lingerie sales is a strong advantage
• Professional, presentable, and customer-service oriented
