Job Opportunity: Sales Leader – AI & Digital Transformation Solutions
Location: Nairobi, Kenya (Onsite)
Salary: Ksh 65,000 - 80,000 (Gross)


Our client, a leading AI-first digital transformation company, is seeking a highly driven Sales Leader to spearhead growth in East Africa.

The company specializes in implementing intelligent CRM and ERP solutions (Odoo, Bitrix24, Microsoft Dynamics), customized to deliver measurable value across Education, Healthcare, Real Estate, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Finance sectors.

This is a pivotal opportunity for a results-oriented sales professional who thrives on building customer trust, delivering innovative solutions, and driving revenue at scale.


Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales Strategy

* Drive the full sales cycle: prospecting, engagement, solutioning, and closing.
* Develop and execute a Kenya-focused sales growth strategy.
* Achieve and exceed annual revenue targets (minimum USD 1M+ annually).

Customer Engagement & Solutioning

* Act as a trusted advisor, identifying client challenges and recommending tailored AI, ERP, and CRM solutions.
* Deliver persuasive presentations, demos, and proposals to C-level executives.
* Collaborate with technical teams to align solutions with client needs.

Leadership & Mentorship

* Coach and inspire junior sales associates to achieve targets.
* Lead by example in negotiation, sales excellence, and client relationship management.

Collaterals & Brand Building

* Develop compelling pitch decks, proposals, and sales collaterals.
* Represent the company at trade shows, networking forums, and industry events.


Requirements

* 3 - 4+ years of proven sales leadership experience in Kenya.
* Track record of closing USD 1M+ in sales revenue within a year (mandatory).
* Familiarity with ERP/CRM platforms (Odoo, Bitrix24, Microsoft Dynamics) and AI-driven solutions.
* Excellent presentation, storytelling, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
* Experience mentoring or managing junior sales associates.
* Must be based in Nairobi or actively working in the Kenyan market.
