As a Sales Representative at Smart Sales -MBG, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing deals with business owners and decision-makers. Key Responsibilities
Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and social selling.
Engage business owners and decision-makers to understand their challenges and present tailored solutions.
Sell MBG program offerings — sales capability training,coaching programs and sales recruitment services — with a consultative and value-driven approach.
Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to contract signing and account handover.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
Collaborate with the training and recruitment teams to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and best practices in B2B sales and sales enablement.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in professional services, training, or recruitment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Consultative sales mindset — able to diagnose client challenges and offer tailored solutions.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a dynamic, performance-based environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
