Job Description/Requirements
- Drive sales growth and achieve monthly targets in assigned areas.
- Develop and manage strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, supermarkets, retail outlets, and bars.
- Expand route-to-market by onboarding new stockists and enhancing coverage in residential and commercial zones.
- Implement brand marketing activities including in-store activations, wet sampling, and POS visibility.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence reports.
- Ensure timely collections and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and submit weekly sales and activity reports.
- Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 5 years’ FMCG/beverages sales experience, preferably with liquor.
- Strong knowledge of Nairobi Eastlands & Southlands markets, with proven distributor/retail relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel extensively within assigned areas.
- Valid driving license is required.
- Eastlands: Buru Buru, Umoja, Donholm, Eastleigh, Kayole, Komarock, Dandora, Embakasi.
- Southlands: Karen, Langata, Lavington, Kilimani, Kibera, Runda.
