Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
· Customer Acquisition:
Actively seek and engage new clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals to generate leads and expand the customer base.
· Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients by providing excellent service, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
· Sales and Revenue Growth:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed assigned sales targets, driving revenue growth and market share.
· Product Promotion and Sales:
Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and usage to customers, demonstrating products using samples or catalogs to close sales.
· Market Intelligence:
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and inform management about market dynamics.
· Logistical Coordination:
Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of products and maintain adequate stock availability.
· Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback, and prepare regular sales performance reports for management.
Key Skills & Qualifications
A minimum of College Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
· 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the construction industries.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with diverse clients and internal teams.
