About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative with strong knowledge of the non-alcoholic drinks market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a deep understanding of the Nairobi market, and the ability to drive business growth through effective client acquisition and account management.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the non-alcoholic beverages sector.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients while expanding the customer base.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the Nairobi market.
Ensure timely reporting of sales activities, forecasts, and results.
Provide feedback from the market to support product development and marketing efforts.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales, preferably within the non-alcoholic drinks or FMCG sector.
Currently employed in a sales-related role.
Strong knowledge of the Nairobi market and customer landscape.
Excellent negotiation, networking, and communication skills.
Valid driving licence is mandatory.
Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Salary Ksh 70,000-90,000
