Job summary

We need a sales Representative for Bellazuri Limited, someone who has worked for cosmetics company before and has done field sales. Brought on board distributors and hunt for new customers.

Job descriptions & requirements

·       Works hand in hand with the sales and marketing team to develop and deliver outstanding client presentations that support each stage of the conversation throughout the sales cycle.

 

·       Identify and onboard new customers (retailers, salons, distributors, beauty shops).

·       Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular visits and follow-ups.

·       Ensure timely collection of payments and proper account management.

·       Conduct field visits to monitor market activity and product performance.

·       Execute route plans and maintain an updated customer database.

·       Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with distributors. · Collect and report market intelligence on competitors and emerging trends. · Submit daily/weekly sales and field activity reports to the Sales Director. · Travel within the assigned territory to grow market coverage and visibility.

• Must have a minimum of 3 years’ sales experience in an FMCG and cosmetics or beauty company. • Holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing Business Administration Commerce or related field (Diploma accepted with solid experience). • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently. • Skilled in field sales retail distribution and account management. • Experienced in both modern and general trade channels (supermarkets salons and retailers). • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills. • Strong customer relationship management and problem-solving abilities. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/sales tracking tools. • Highly organized self-motivated and results oriented. • Well-groomed confident and able to represent a premium beauty brand professionally. • Passionate about cosmetics skincare and beauty trends. • Fluent in English and local languages. • Flexible working during promotions activations and weekend event
