- Develop and maintain the solar energy storage market in Kenya and East Africa, formulate sales strategies, and achieve performance targets.
- Establish partnerships with local power companies (such as Kenya Power Company KPLC), energy developers, and government agencies to promote project implementation.
- Analyze market demand and provide customized solutions for customers (such as industrial and commercial energy storage, off grid photovoltaic systems, etc.).
- Coordinate with the technical team to communicate with customers and ensure the smooth progress of the project from bidding to delivery.
- Regularly submit market reports to track industry developments (e.g., electricity pricing policies, competitive landscapes).
- Complete the relevant matters assigned by the supervisor
Industry experience:
- At least 2 years of sales experience in the solar or energy storage industry, with a successful project case in Kenya distribution channels.
- Familiar with the energy market in Kenya and East Africa, understanding local policies (such as "off-grid photovoltaic action") and mainstream customer needs.
Skills and abilities:
- Excellent business negotiation and customer management skills, with cross-cultural
-Proficient use of CRM tools, Office software, and data analysis software, fluent in English, basic Chinese preferred.
Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, majoring in business, energy engineering, or related fields.
- Preference is given to those holding internationally recognized industry certificates.
