Job Summary
The Senior Procurement & Inventory Manager will oversee inventory and stock control, ensuring procurement of goods and services at the right quantity, optimum cost, and quality. The role ensures timely deliveries to support uninterrupted company operations, strategic sourcing and compliance with corporate and regulatory requirement.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inventory and stock control to maintain optimum levels and avoid overstocking.
Conduct spend analysis across all categories, develop sustainable sourcing strategies, and identify consolidation opportunities to reduce costs.
Track purchase requisitions (PRs) and purchase orders (POs) to ensure timely processing and delivery.
Negotiate contracts and manage suppliers to achieve cost savings, improved efficiency, and adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
Monitor material imports and ensure proper documentation, timely lodging of customs entries, and duty payments to avoid delays.
Collaborate with HRM/Social Audit Compliance Officer to ensure supplier compliance with social audit guidelines.
Maintain an up-to-date contract schedule, track renewal dates, and initiate tender processes at least 90 days before expiry.
Conduct price-cost analysis on critical supplies and evaluate bids for competitive pricing.
Resolve escalated accounting and supplier disputes with Accounts Payable.
Any other procurement-related responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Purchasing & Supplies Management.
Bachelor’s degree in Purchasing & Supplies, Accounting, Finance, or related business field.
Professional Diploma in Purchasing & Supplies Management.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
Experience in automated e-Procurement systems is an added advantage.
Strong integrity, ethics, and adherence to professional standards.
Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and collaborate effectively across all levels.
Candidates must have prior work experience in at least one of the following companies: EABL, Ketepa, Kevian, or BAT.
