We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Showroom Sales Representative to join our team. This role is designed to coordinate all activities of retail sales in the showrooms, ensuring that customers and potential buyers get details, features and general product information, and complete the purchase process. The ideal candidate will have experience in a showroom setting, selling technical products such as hardware, locks or security systems. Key Responsibilities
· Engage customers and provide expert product guidance in stellar service. These inquiries will be in the form of walk-ins, emails, phones calls, WhatsApp.
· Demonstrate and explain technical features of locks and security products.
· Maintain showroom cleanliness, product displays, and inventory levels.
· Process sales transactions, returns/credit notes and maintain accurate records according to the set procedural guidelines.
· Collaborate with internal teams to meet monthly sales targets.
· Stay informed on product updates and industry trends.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in a showroom or retail environment.
· Proven track record in selling technical or hardware products.
Desirable Attributes
· Working knowledge of mechanical and electronic locking systems.
· Ability to simplify technical information for customers.
· Familiarity with POS systems and CRM tools.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Professional appearance and a customer-first approach in work tasks.
· Self-driven with teachable & positive mindset, and target-oriented.
