- Manage and coordinate daily mining operations to achieve production targets efficiently.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations while maintaining LTIFR and environmental standards.
- Lead and develop site teams, including supervisors, operators, and contractors.
- Control site budgets, monitor costs, and identify efficiency and cost-saving opportunities.
- Oversee equipment and asset management to ensure safe operation, maintenance, and high availability.
- Prepare and submit accurate operational, safety, and environmental reports to management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
- Strong knowledge of mining safety, environmental regulations, and operational best practices
- Minimum 8 years of experience in mining operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
