Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and coordinate photovoltaic (PV) systems, including components (hybrid inverters, PCS, STS, LiFePo4 battery stacks, PV modules) and accessories, for residential and commercial projects
- Knowledge about FPC/ETC solar water collectors
- Create electrical single-line diagrams, panel schedules, or connection diagrams for solar electric systems, using computer-aided design (AutoCAD) software.
- Using a load calculator and algorithms to determine how much power the PV system requires
- Evaluating the capacity of BESS may require to be fully functional according to the customer's preferred autonomy hours
- Create graphical representations of energy production systems.
- Assessing the customer's environment to determine the most appropriate panel design and location to generate the most efficient level of electricity
- Enforce safety standards for installation work
- Assess junior candidates
- Perform computer simulation of solar photovoltaic (PV) generation system performance or energy production to optimize efficiency.
- Familiar with concepts of LiFePo4, BMS, Lead Acid/Gel Batteries
- Well-versed with SPD, Battery Fuses, OverCurrent Fuses, MCCB, MCB, RCCB, RCBO
- Deep experience about Solar Hybrid Inverters and PCS
- Organization skills (scheduling installations with timely precise framework)
- Prepare detailed work plans
- Provide technical direction, guidance or support to installation teams during installation, start-up, testing, system commissioning, or performance monitoring.
- Integration of a max 200 KW rooftop and ground-mount solar PV plant, seamlessly integrating it with the utility grid and backup gensets.
- Expertly conducted comprehensive testing and commissioning of the solar PV systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Troubleshot and resolve technical issues swiftly, minimizing downtime.
- Perform site-specific engineering analysis or evaluation of energy efficiency and solar projects involving residential, commercial, or industrial customers.

- Conduct engineering site audits to collect structural, electrical, and related site information for use in the design of residential or commercial solar power systems.

- Inspect and analyse installed system to locate flaws

Salary: $ 1,800 + car with covered fuel + permits, but this depends on experience.
