Obradleys is looking for a stock controller with experience in inventory management. The stock controllers will be responsible for maintaining the company’s inventory (Ensuring the stock of full and empties are adequately warehoused/dispatched) and ensuring all the required documentations and reconciliations are in place. The candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and working experience in FMCGResponsibilities Daily stock taking in the warehouse and reconciliation with Navision stocks.Ensuring implementation of Automation of warehouse processes.Ensuring warehouse standard operating procedures are followed.Ensuring the stocks is stored in accordance with the policy.Ensuring the existing warehouse tools and equipment are utilized optimally and are in good condition.Ensuring all transfers postings to virtual locations is accurately doneVerification of signed invoices for key accounts/self-collection customers and picking list.Ensuring customer and sales team satisfaction by ensuring orders are served ON TIME & IN FULL Ensuring all stock purchases and van transfers are accurately captured on stock book and Navision.Receipts products from EABL and ensure POD are accurately filled, signed and stamped.Controlling FEFO and FIFO in the warehouse and ensuring documented records.Maintaining quality of products and ensuring only quality products are sold to customers. Qualifications Degree in Procurement and Supply chain or any Business related field.Three -years’ experience in stock management, Experience working with FMCG will be an added advantage.Must be computer literate.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Good customer care relations
