TECHNICAL ASSOCIATE

We’re looking for a hands-on ERPNext Technical Associate to support the partner-led ERP implementation during Phase 1, and gradually take ownership of ERP management and expansion post-rollout.

You will work closely with the external ERP implementation partner to:

    • Assist with configuration and system testing

    • Document workflows, configurations, and integrations

    • Provide day-to-day internal support

    • Contribute to training staff and gathering operational feedback

    • Eventually lead ERP customizations, mobile app extensions, and third-party integrations (IoT, RFID, MPESA, PayGo)

Key Responsibilities

    • Shadow and coordinate with the ERPNext partner during setup and rollout

    • Document internal workflows and system configuration decisions

    • Assist in ERP testing, training, and deployment at station and workshop sites

    • Support mobile app testing and user feedback tracking

    • Maintain and troubleshoot ERP modules post-rollout

    • Begin developing custom scripts, reports, or integrations based on business needs

    • Help manage integrations with PayGo systems, RFID readers, MPESA, etc.

    • Prepare system documentation and SOPs for internal teams

    • Contribute to data accuracy and integrity across modules (CRM, Inventory, Finance, etc.)

Qualifications

    • 0–2 years experience with Python and JavaScript development

    • Demonstrated exposure to Frappe/ERPNext (academic, internship, or personal projects acceptable)

    • Familiarity with REST APIs, basic server tools (Linux, Git), and ERP workflows

    • Strong documentation and analytical skills

    • Ability to work independently and thrive in a startup environment

    • Quick learner with a willingness to grow into a senior ERP role

    • Bonus: Experience with mobile app frameworks (React Native, Flutter), IoT APIs, or RFID protocols
