Position: Technical Lead
Reports to: Company Directors
Location: Nairobi, Kenya
Contract duration: 6 months

We are passionate about creating value from the ground up specializing in irrigation, greenhouse allied technologies, drip and sprinkler irrigation setups, pump installations, dam lining and borehole drilling.
Your key roles will be:
1. Planning, designing and executing solar-irrigation, and solar drying projects in line with market needs
2. Building and maintaining relationships with key industry stakeholders
3. Monitoring and evaluating projects to ensure they meet the company’s set standards
4. Leading, motivating, and growing a high-performing technical team
5. Prepare weekly project forecasts
6. Train the project recipients on management, maintenance, and repairs
7. Analyze and advise on the project outcomes
8. Coordinate material supply, and technician allocation
