Job summary
Our client in the Tour and Travel Industry is seeking customer-focused and organized Tour Consultants to promote travel packages, manage bookings, coordinate car hire services, and deliver excellent customer service while meeting sales targets.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Advise clients on tour packages and travel options.
- Prepare quotations and manage tour and car hire bookings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and vehicle schedules.
- Promote and sell company tour packages.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate booking records and prepare reports.
- Diploma or Degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years' experience in the tours and travel industry.
- Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online booking systems.
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
