Job summary
We are hiring a Transport Coordinator for our Corporate Travel team to manage scheduling, dispatching, and fleet coordination. Ensure seamless, efficient travel for corporate clients. Requirements: Experience in transport operations, dispatch, and customer service within logistics/travel.

Key Responsibilities
Scheduling & Dispatch
- Receive and process transport bookings from clients and internal stakeholders.
- Schedule vehicles and drivers based on client requirements, availability, and operational efficiency.
- Dispatch vehicles and monitor trips to ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of clients.
- Coordinate last-minute changes, emergencies, and transport requests with minimal disruption to service delivery.
- Ensure optimal vehicle utilization and route planning.
Transport Operations Coordination
- Coordinate daily transport operations for corporate clients and VIP guests.
- Liaise with drivers, suppliers, and transport partners to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Monitor vehicle movements and provide real-time updates to clients where necessary.
- Maintain accurate trip records, schedules, and dispatch logs.
- Ensure all transport services comply with company policies, client requirements, and safety regulations.
Customer Service & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary contact for transport-related inquiries and requests.
- Handle client concerns and resolve operational issues promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with transport providers and corporate clients.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient coordination and communication.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly transport operation reports.
- Track transport costs and support invoicing and reconciliation processes.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, trip sheets, vehicle allocations, and service performance.
- Monitor supplier performance and recommend improvements where necessary.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Transport Management, Business Administration, Tourism Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in transport coordination, dispatch, fleet operations, logistics, or corporate travel.
- Experience in corporate transport operations will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Experience using transport management, dispatch, or booking systems is desirable.
