We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Veterinary Field Sales Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in launching new veterinary products, managing existing accounts, and driving sales growth within the Kenyan market. Key Responsibilities:

- Launch new veterinary products and manage key accounts across Kenya.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the veterinary sector.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with veterinary professionals, distributors, and other stakeholders.

- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of field sales representatives to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

- Utilize performance management tools to evaluate team performance and implement strategies for improvement.

- Analyze market trends and sales data to inform business strategies.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and practices within the veterinary industry.


Required Qualifications and Experience:

- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a field sales supervisor, ideally within the veterinary medicine sector or related field.

- Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Science, Animal Health, Business Administration, or a related field is highly desirable.

- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage and motivate a sales team.

- Excellent analytical skills, with experience in developing qualitative and quantitative reports.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining effective relationships.

- Solid understanding of marketing strategies and their application in the market.

- Ability to work independently and innovatively to meet and exceed business goals.
