Requirements: O' Level Certificate. Certificate In Food And Beverage Sales & Service From A Recognized College. Well Groomed With Good Customer Service Skills.
Experience: At Least 3 Years Experience In A Similar Role.
Salary: Kshs. 30,000 - 35,000 Plus Service Charge
Duties:
- Courteously Greet And Sit Guests.
- Engage Guests And Help Them Make Their Order.
- Continuously Liaise With Relevant Departments To Ensure Guests Receive Best Services.
- Help Guests To Understand What Other Services They Can Enjoy In The Hotel Besides Food And Beverage.
- Help Guests In Settling The Bills By Explaining The Required Payment Process.
- Where Possible Get Guests Feedback To Help In Improvement Of Service.
