Qualifications
- Certificate in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Service, or a related field is an added advantage.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
