What we offer We deliver a complete portfolio of offerings Crop Nutrition solutions Nitrogen application solutions Environmental solutions Basic products Ammonia Urea Single superphosphate (SSP) Nitric Acid Nitrates NPK Calcium Nitrate (CN) Technical Ammonium Nitrate (TAN)ResponsibilitiesThe Warehouse Coordinator is accountable for consistently driving excellent performance on Safety, Quality & Compliance, Service, Cost and Value to the Business and to the Customer at the end of the Supply Chain by: Ensuring excellent Warehousing by managing the receipt process through ensuring all inventory and non-inventory items are receipted with uttermost integrity and in a timely and efficient manner both physically and in the Sun system; proper storage and housekeeping of all inventory items.Ensuring timely dispatch of product to local and export customers within the shortest turn-round time hence boosting customer satisfaction.Ensuring implementation of an efficient inventory management process by executing stock take system to enhance inventory accuracy.Championing the Safe by choice agenda and ensuring daily participation by all team members in the toolbox meeting, ensuring use of required PPE’s, ensuring the use of Safety gadgets i.e. fall-arresters, Safety nets e.tc. and encouraging the raising and closure of near misses.Ensuring all packs are readily available by proactively re-bagging products in smaller packs based on provided sales forecast. Profile University Degree in Supply chain or Business related field.Diploma or certification in Purchasing and Supplies ManagementA minimum of 2 years experience in warehouse inventory management with proven track record in achieving results.Previous experience and success in leading teamsComputer literacy (advanced miscrosoft office applications) Additional Information Strong analytical skillsCross Cultural AwarenessHigh drive/self-motivationExcellent Communication skills
