Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified Accountant to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis at our Nairobi office. The Accountant will handle day-to-day financial operations including payroll processing, accounts receivable and payable management, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The role also involves financial analysis, budgeting, and cost control to support the company’s growth.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll and maintain accurate employee financial records.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable.
- Prepare and present timely financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with Kenyan tax laws and other regulatory requirements.
- Conduct financial analysis and assist in budgeting.
- Implement cost control measures and variance analysis.
- Use accounting software to manage and record financial data accurately.
Qualifications
- Diploma or higher qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting, payroll processing, and financial reporting.
- Experience in accounts receivable/payable management.
- Familiarity with Kenyan tax regulations and compliance.
- Skills in financial analysis, budgeting, cost control, and variance analysis.
- Proficiency in accounting software.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
